In this article we will go over how to attach a document to a property and who can view them.
How to Attach a Document
To attach a Document to a Property hover over the Properties tab >> Property Maintenance >> Select a Property >> Attached Documents >> Add New Document


Clicking the Choose File button will access your computer's stored documents. Select the document you wish to upload.
Depending on the size of the file this can take several seconds.
BEST PRACTICE: A Word Doc can be edited. It is therefore recommended that you upload a PDF file.
Click on the new Added Document to:

Change or edit Document Name.

Add a Document Description

Allow Customers to View the Document and/or Display the Document when creating a New Action

Once edited click Save Changes.
Who can View Attached Documents
Attached documents are an internal company feature only visible on the issue monitor, so they are added, edited, and viewed by Administrators, Supervisors and Dispatchers only.
Selecting the Allow Customers to View option gives customers with portal access to click on the Open Document button to view the Property Documents.

Customers do not have the option to add edit or change the Property Documents.
Property Documents can not accessed from a reporting device in the field.
