In this article we will go over a brief general overview of how to adjust your Browser Settings so that the Icons, Fields, and Drop Down Options don't overlap on the Silvertrac Issue Monitor and an option if you need to view larger print.

Example: Screen shot of overlapping Icons, Fields, and Drop Down Options don't overlap on the Silvertrac Issue Monitor. 

Depending on the Internet Browser you are using you will need to access and change the Font Size.

Example:  Google Chrome:  Click on the 3 vertical dots on the upper right hand side of the page.  (Hoovering over the 3 vertical dots will display "Customize and control Google Chrome")

Click Settings >>  

On the left hand side of the page click Appearance >> in the Font Size drop down menu select Medium (Recommended). 

This will restore your Silvertrac Issue Monitor to it's normal functionality. 

NOTE: The above screen shots and procedural steps are for Google Chrome.  If you are using a different Internet Browser the look and procedural steps may be different. 

How to adjust the Font Size without distorting the Fields, Icons and Drop Down Menu Options

NOTE:  When the Zoom feature is used some pop up boxes in Silvertrac may no longer be confined to the view-able page.  You may need to scroll down to view additional fields and options.
