How Tasks look on mobile

A task will be sent to the handheld at the set time with an audible alert, as shown in the screenshot below. 

At the same time, the task will appear in the issue monitor as pictured below.

When the field user opens the task, it will mark the issue as Acknowledged. (Pictured below)

 The system will then ask users if they want to Mark Arrived on the issue. (Pictured above)

The field user can then add notes, photos, and audio files or mark the unit as a problem unit (if applicable).

Once the task has been completed the field user will be able to close the issue.
