Configuring the email setting in Silvertrac is the best way to make sure your notifications from Silvertrac don't end up in the spam box. This controls the email in which notifications are sent from. 

NOTE: Only Admin users have access to this section of the software. 

  1. To begin, hover over System and click System Configuration.
  2. Then click the Email tab
  3. Then enter an email into the bottom field titled System Email Notification. Again, all notifications will be sent from this email. We suggest having the operation manager or general "info" email entered here.
  4. After making adjustment, click Save Config Settings.
