Locations are common areas on a property in which incidents can occur. These are the terms an officer would use describing the "Where" of an incident. Locations help the officer include more detail in a report quickly and easily. 

To add locations go to Properties >> Property Maintenance >> Select a Property >> Locations >> Add New Location

Examples include:

  • Entrance
  • Sidewalk 
  • Loading Dock 
  • Dumpster Area 
  • Restrooms 
  • Courtyard
  • Employee Parking 
  • Electrical Room
