When images are captured with a handheld device in the Silvertrac App, they are time-stamped and compressed to 640 X 480 px. 

Images are then uploaded to the server and stored in that format within the issue ID#.

The original image(s) is not accessible.  Images cannot be uploaded from the device's photo gallery, nor are images taken in the app saved to the devices photo gallery
