There are 3 things that can prevent a property from showing the handheld device after it's been created. Check each one of these items to resolve this issue:

1. The Property Doesn't Have an Address

Check to make sure the property has an address by going to Properties >> Property Maintenance >> Select a Property >> Addresses/Units.

Make sure there is an address saved under the property. If there is an address, check to make sure there are issue types that display in the handheld assigned to that property.

2. Issue Types Displaying in the Handheld Aren't Assigned to the Property

Make sure the property you are working on has issue types assigned to it that are set up to display in the handheld. You can check this by going to Properties >> Property Maintenance >> Select a Property >>  Issue Types.

3. The User is Not Assigned to the Property

Make sure that the username logging in to the handheld is assigned to the property in question. You can check the user permissions by going to Users >> Edit User >> Choose a User.
