The Employee - Guard user role can only access the handheld device to log in and respond to assigned Security or Parking related issues. This user can also create Security, Maintenance and Parking issues from the handheld device.  This user role cannot access the web-based portion of SilverTrac.

Note: By design, Employee Security Guard users do not have the ability to receive maintenance assignments or close maintenance issues.
