How a Task Looks for a Handheld User

A glimpse of what the officer will see when they receive a task in the field.

At the set time, a task will be sent to the handheld with an audible alert as shown in the screenshot below. 

At the same time the task will appear in the issue monitor as pictured below.

When the field user opens the task it will mark the issue as Acknowledged. (Pictured below)

 The system will then ask the user if they would like to Mark Arrived on the issue. (Pictured above)

The field user will then be allowed to add notes, photos, audio files, or mark the unit as a problem unit (if applicable).

Once the task has been completed the field user will be able to close the issue.
