Logging onto the Silvertrac App for the First Time

Your Silvertrac System Admin will create a unique User Name and case sensitive Password for you.  You will need to get those directly from your Supervisor or System Admin as Silvertrac never keeps a record of your company's private Passwords

STEP 1. Tap the User Name box and enter your User Name.

STEP 2. Tap the Password box and enter your Password. (Be aware of caps lock - case sensitive).

STEP 3. Press the orange Login button

STEP 4. You will get a pop up Alert that let's you know that the device is not yet Approved / Activated:

STEP 5.  Let your Silvertrac System Admin know that the device is ready to be approved / activated / initialized (the exact term varies by company).

STEP 6.  Once the device has been approved press the orange Login button again and you will now be logged onto the Silvertrac App.

NOTE: If you type in your User Name or Password incorrectly you will get an Alert:

You'll need to click OK and re-type your User Name and Password

NOTE:  If you are logging onto a device that has been previously approved under a different Phone Number or Device ID Number you will get an Alert that says what that Phone Number or Device ID Number was.  You will need to provide that exact number to the System Admin so that they can Approve it as it will be in an Inactive Status.

Privacy Policy

You can click the Privacy Policy button on the login screen to review.

The Privacy Policy adheres to the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Protocol to protect your personal information.  It is not used in anyway outside of Silvertrac and is never sold or shared.

Tapping the Login Button Without a Username and Password

If you tap the Login button without a Username and Password entered you will receive an Error alert:

If you get the Server response error. Please try again later. Tap the OK option and enter your assigned Username and Password.
