NOTE: For your data safety and protection Silvertrac does not keep a record of user passwords.

Who can change their OWN password?

Admins
Supervisors
Dispatchers
Customers

Who can change OTHER User Passwords?

Admins Only

EXCEPTION NOTE: An Admin CANNOT change another Admin's Password!

If you get the error message "Unable to Change Password" when trying to change, verify the password is a minimum of 6 characters. Verify that the password has been confirmed as the EXACT same password. 

If you continue to receive the same error message please contact your system admin.  If you are a System Admin please contact Tech support via email [email protected] or call 888-505-8722 ext 4.
