In this article we will go over what the Tenant and Resident reporting option is and how to add the option for tenants and residents to report Security, Parking  and Maintenance Issues directly to your Silvertrac portal.

The Tenant and Resident Reporting Option

Your Silvertracker.net site is the hub of all activity gathered with the Silvertrac App by officers in the field.

An added optional feature is that the Residents and Tenants of the Properties that you provide security for can access the site to report Security, Parking and Maintenance Issues without having to login with a User Name and Password

From the login page of your silvertracker.net URL a Resident or Tenant can hover over the Report An Issue Tab and select Security, Parking or Maintenance:

Next, the Resident or Tenant would fill out the prompted fields in 4 easy steps.

How to Add the Tenant and Resident Reporting Option

To add the option for tenants and residents to report Security, Parking  and Maintenance Issues hover over the System Tab >> click System Config >> and select the General tab  >> un-select the Hide Home Page Menu Bar checkbox >> Save Config Settings:

As a means of convenience many Security Companies also choose to make a link available to Tenants and Residents to access directly from their website.

To access the appropriate links and add a Silvertrac "Login" Reporting option to your website access the System tab >> click on System Config >> under the General tab the box containing External URL Links will display.

These links can be embedded in your website by your webmaster to allow quick access to the Silvertracker.net site to report Security, Parking and Maintenance Issues.
